Responsibilities:

• Earn new work through new client contact or referrals from the existing customer base.
• Maintain existing client relationships, seeking to grow our partnerships through contract renewals, additional work, and ensure clients’ needs are met to company standards.
• Create accurate estimates, presentations, and takeoffs.
• Maximize work opportunities to achieve personal and branch goals.
• Identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth, drive revenue, or increase overall productivity.
• Sell and maintain acceptable gross margins for contract and work orders that meet branch budgets.

Basic Qualifications:

• AS or BS degree in Horticulture, Construction, or related field, preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of landscape experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (Asset experience is desired).
