Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers and vendors as they arrive, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries and support requests via email, phone, and in person, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or team member as needed.
• Efficiently schedule roof inspections and appointments for our sales representatives, coordinating availability through our calendar system.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and appointments to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to customers and team members.
