All West Veterinary Hospital is searching for an experienced veterinary professional to join our mixed animal hospital as a Lead Customer Service Representative.

We’re looking for…

• Lead Customer Service Representative with 3 years of current, hands-on experience

This is a full-time role comprised of four 10-hour weekday shifts, M, W, Th, F.

Primary responsibilities as a Lead Customer Service Representative include:

• Lead the front office team and direct clinic workflow
• Assist with training and developing team members
• Ensuring daily assignments are understood and completed
• Client service and communication
• Welcoming and discharging patients
• Collaboration with other team members
• Managing phone lines
• Booking appointments
• Setting up new clients and patients
• Over-the-counter sales
• Financial transactions
• General front desk duties (email, faxing, filing, etc.)
• Ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable
• Attention to detail and awareness of surroundings, noticing areas of need within the practice

About All West Veterinary Hospital:

We are a full-service hospital providing veterinary care to dogs, cats, horses, mules, birds, pocket pets, reptiles, and rodents—“all creatures great and small.” We offer everything from wellness exams and preventive care to advanced orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries. For our small animal patients, we have 7 exam rooms, a large treatment and care area, and full ability for in house diagnostics, surgery, dentistry and more. Our equine patients are equally as important, with exam areas, a surgery suite, and diagnostic equipment (including an equine ultrasound machine).
