Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay: Starting $18 per hour plus commission

Location: Baltimore, MD

Hours:

40 hr week plus OT Available

Must be able to work different shifts from 7:30 am to 8 pm M-S

Requirements:

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service and a background in HVAC, is a plus, not required
• Knowledge of computers and CRM Software
• CSR skills
• Must be organized, play well with others, and smile big when our customers call.
• Above average phone handling and active listening skills
• A clean background check and pre-employment drug test

Each day, you’ll be responsible for fielding important calls coming into our busy business. You’ll need to figure out what they need and find a way to help them in short order. You’ll be scheduling appointments.

You’ll organize sales calls. You’ll dispatch our technicians to the homeowner.

Ever used a computer? Excellent…because entering data and prioritizing services is going to be essential (don’t worry, it’s a really cool computer program and we’ll teach you how to use it).

Don’t be surprised if the person on the other end of the call is having a bad day. Your job…make it better.
