Supply Side USA is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Solon, OH

Supply Side USA, a supply chain and distribution company of packaging and related products, is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good listening skills will be the keys to success as the customer base consist of Fortune 500 companies and large retail chains.

Position responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email.
  • Process customer service requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Help customers navigate our website & place orders online.
  • Submit product quotations.
  • Process product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions.
  • Supply Side USA will provide:
  • A detailed training schedule to understand our customers, company, and products.
  • Exposure to the functional areas throughout our company, including customer service, account management, product merchandising, marketing, billing, and web marketing.

Ideal candidates will be:

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (including Excel) and basic web applications.
  • Eager to work independently and multi-task.
  • Ability to work well with other team members.
  • Have at least two years answering customer service inquiries and placing orders by phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
