The Customer Care Specialist drives a seamless customer experience and creates positive sentiment for our brand. This individual will follow-up on existing leads, build customer relationships, identify customer needs, set appointments and provide all necessary information to both the customer and staff.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment for our brand.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our offerings and provide informative support to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issues.
  • Answer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member to ensure rapid support.
  • Proactively take steps to enhance the customer experience.
  • Share relevant customer feedback to help us improve our offerings.
  • Report on key customer service metrics and identify noteworthy trends
  • Handle many outbound calls to customers and clients.
  • Upsell other products wherever possible.
  • Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
  • Maintain good customer relations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (OR) GED Equivalent.
  • (1) year of previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • MS Office Proficiency.
  • Date Entry Experience.
  • Previous experience in the home improvement industry, preferred.
  • Previous sales experience and/or outbound call experience.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
  • Good knowledge of CRM practices and system.
  • Friendly and empathetic demeanor.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability, backed by good judgment.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and teams
