**Job Description**:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Supply Doc, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with potential and existing clients via phone and email to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, including follow-ups and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance Supply Doc’s offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the dental or medical equipment sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
