Compensation

  • Highly competitive commission with pay potential of $75k to $200k
  • W2 full-time employee Paid weekly

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Professional, buttoned-up appearance and delivery
  • Desire to be successful with a winning attitude
  • Must be able to work minimum of a 5 day a week

Responsibilities:

  • Visit 2-3 homes a day providing multi-scope project presentations to warm prospects daily
  • Be thorough in your effort to educate and build value with the SuperiorPRO offerings/solutions
  • Follow-up diligently
  • Attend bi-monthly sales meeting/training sessions
  • Meet goals and commitments
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated, highly driven
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office and various software Aps
