Role Overview :
As a Transaction Concierge with Superior Home Buyers, you will play a pivotal role in the home buying process. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, a creative eye for capturing information, and a desire to set their own priorities.
Your responsibilities will include property documentation, photography, and post-closing checks, making you an integral part of clients' journey toward their dream home.
Compensation : $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive to properties and create eye-guides, capturing essential details through photography.
- Conduct vacancy checks after property closings to ensure the seller has vacated.
- Secure properties by locking up after checks.
- Maintain a clean driving record and utilize a company-provided car and gas card.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, being friendly, patient, and understanding.
- Manage your own priorities and work with the freedom to take ownership of your tasks.
Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
Bonus Points :
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Experience with eye guides.
- Comfortability operating a company car.
