Position: Genesis Concierge

Job Fair Location: 24341 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, CA 92637

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients to the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Provide personalized assistance to clients, including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating services.
• Offer refreshments and amenities to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visit.
• Escort clients to various areas of the dealership, such as the showroom, service department, and customer lounges, as needed.
• Assist clients with test drives and vehicle demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of Genesis vehicles.
• Coordinate with dealership staff to fulfill client requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of Genesis vehicles, features, and amenities to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
• Follow up with clients after their visit to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
• Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive assistance.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requests.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software applications.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
