Superb Roofing, as Atlanta-based, fast-growing Roofing company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ROOFING Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls and follow-up on leads to generate new business

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers

- Present product information and demonstrate the benefits to potential customers

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales objectives

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail industry

- Strong cold calling skills and ability to generate leads

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals

- Experience with inventory control is a plus

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Pass background check

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
