Position Overview
A SUPER TEAM Services Business Development Representative’s primary focus is building quality relationships with Real Estate Agents and partnerships with Affiliates to drive business to our company. We are looking for an experienced outside sales professional who will lead our team of Business Development Representatives, guiding them in generating new business opportunities and income for assigned markets.
Primary Responsibilities
Identify and Develop Opportunities:
· Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities for the organization.
Build Strategic Relationships:
· Establish and nurture relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors to foster business growth.
Execute Business Strategy:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
Coordinate with Company:
· Collaborate with internal teams, coordinating efforts to achieve better brand recognition and financial growth.
Drive Growth:
· Play a key role in driving business growth within the company, developing a network of contacts and leveraging industry trends.
Continuous Pursuit of Growth Opportunities:
· Oversee the continuous pursuit of growth opportunities, staying informed about current industry trends.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience.
· College degree is required.
· Comfortable working in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
· Experience working in a CRM.
· Real Estate Industry knowledge is required.
