We are seeking an experienced, talented, and professional Assistant Store Director/Human Resources Coordinator at our Five Points Super Saver in Grand Island. Previous retail / grocery store Management experience Required.
This is a Dual-Role position. You will be in charge of store operations, and assisting the Store Director. Additionally, you will serve as the store's Human Resources Coordinator - Hiring, onboarding, training and developing New Employees.
Can you:
Bending, lifting, and standing required. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Must be able to achieve or exceed budget projections in gross profit, sales, & labor percent.

Previous store management and Human Resources experience required. Bachelor’s degree in human resources (or similar field) and PHR or SHRM-CP certification also preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
