Super Kids Development Center is a comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis Center that provides an essential functional to especial need kids. At this moment we are looking for outstanding candidates to fill a full time/part time position as an administrative assistant. We want to hire someone who share our company values, mission and vision. We are family oriented company who serve the community and their kiddos with love, passion, honesty, respect, commitment, knowledge, and friendship.
The ideal candidate must have:
* High school diploma, working on the AA or Bachelor
* Previous experience as an administrative assistant, customer service, sales and/or front desk (Preferable in the medical field, but nor required)
* Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
* Liable and committed to the job duties and assignments.
* Computer Savvy in Microsoft office, internet, outlook and other programs.
* Ability to type at least 45 ppm.
* Phone and customer service outstanding skills
* Previous sales experience is desired but not required
* Love to work with kids is a must!
* Bilingual (English and Spanish)
* Willing to commute Monday through Friday to the North Miami Beach area
