Job Summary : Responsible for setting up event space for Suntree Country Club functions and serving food and beverages in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.

Schedule : Days, nights, & weekends a must.

Essential Job Functions :

• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must help assemble temporary dance floors, podiums and other structures.
• Ability to lift trays of up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, and smiling.
• Must have at least 6 months of serving experience in restaurant or banquet dining.
• Gather supplies and set up banquet room as described by Director and Assistant Director of Events to include linen, service ware and glassware.
• Must be able to adhere to timelines in completion of set-ups.
• Attend meetings before events to learn function, guest and Club expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a professional manner.
• Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course.
• Perform all assigned side work to include replenishing condiments and restocking banquet shelves and supplies.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using cleaning products to adhere to health standards.
• Follows safety and security procedures and rules.
• Must have basic knowledge of food & beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations & etiquette.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and hardworking.
