Sunroof Express is seeking a full-time Service and Sales Coordinator to join our team in Troy, MI. In this role, you will play an integral role within our Parts division by providing professional and helpful phone support for customer service, sales, and order fulfillment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Quickly and professionally answers inbound phone calls from customers and repair shops, listening to each customer’s needs and concerns.
• Gathers all necessary information to provide quotes for customers seeking parts and service.
• Secures and fills orders taking into consideration customer expectations and inventory levels for fulfillment.
• Quickly and professionally responds to web-based customer inquiries.
• Supports sales strategy and customer service levels to drive customer loyalty, account retention and growth.
• Supports projects based on management priorities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• You have experience in a customer service environment
• You have sales experience
• Ability to provide world class customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
