Sunrise ShopRite of Parsippany is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee our Front-End operations, Guest Services (including Bookkeeping) department and our Online Shopping department. This is a Full Time, salaried position.
Supervised by: Store Manager
Job Summary : The Customer Service Manager is responsible to oversee all functions of the Front End, Bookkeeping, Guest Services and the Online Shopping department. The Customer Service Manager acts as a role model for being the best customer advocate with the goal of creating an excellent customer experience. It will be necessary to always promote Associate Engagement by living the Sunrise ShopRite Purpose and Values and offers training and development opportunities as well as empowerment activities to Associates. The Customer Service Manager ensures compliance with all company and governmental safety and sanitation standards, as well as State and Federal labor laws.
