**Customer Experience Account Manager**

**Sunpro Solar** is looking for a **Customer Experience Account Manager**. As the **Account Manager,** you will champion opportunities to consistently improve the Sunpro Solar experience for our customers.
**Responsibilities :**
* Perform all Welcome Calls to new Sunpro customers.
* Design Approved Call.
* Always provide consistent, honest updates to your customers.
* Day After Install Completion.
* Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction.
* Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the clients behalf.
* Guide team members in effective client issue resolution and handle any escalations.
* Develop listening points in the customer journey and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Test new strategies for driving customer value.
**Qualifications :**
* Excellent customer service skills
* Passion for customer satisfaction
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Detail oriented and highly organized
* Technologically proficient
* Salesforce experience a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Team player
