Sunline Global is seeking a skilled Pricing and Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Pricing and Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's rapid growth and technological transformation. Leveraging your expertise in Asset & 3PL pricing, you will contribute to executing customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs), establishing performance goals for operations, and optimizing overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies for assets and third-party logistics (3PL) services, ensuring competitiveness in the market while maximizing profitability.
• RFP Execution: Independently and collaboratively manage a high volume of customer RFPs, including analyzing requirements, preparing pricing proposals, and presenting solutions to clients.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze pricing trends, market dynamics, and operational performance metrics, providing insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Performance Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and track performance goals for operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficiency measures.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of pricing decisions on revenue, margins, and profitability, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and finance teams, to align pricing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and regulatory changes, informing pricing and operational decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance pricing and operational processes, leveraging technology and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports and presentations to senior management, summarizing key findings, performance metrics, and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing analysis, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of executing pricing strategies and managing RFP processes to drive business results.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in pricing analysis and operational planning.
• Familiarity with pricing methodologies, cost modeling, and financial analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution, is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and pricing software is desirable.
