POSITION TITLE: FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE -MEDICAL

FLSA: NON-EXEMPT

YOU WILL NEED:

1. High School Graduate /GED
2. Two years of experience as a customer service or public relations representative in a clinic or hospital.
3. Medical terminology preferred
4. Computer literate.
5. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

JOB DUTIES:

1. Greet and register all patients and collect necessary information and co-pay.
2. Financial counsel all appointment patients.
3. ECW entry.
4. Responsible for data entry, as needed.
5. Prepare deposit.
6. Organize all medical forms.
7. Help referrals with appointments, as time permits.
8. Reminder of appointments.
9. Answer phones
10. Training new personnel, as required.
11. Other duties as assigned.
