SummaryThe Office Manager is responsible for the overall administrative operations of the company, including bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and efficient individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Essential Duties/Responsibilities· Manage the office staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.· Maintain office systems and procedures, including filing, recordkeeping, and inventory control.· Provide administrative support to all departments.· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining the physical space, ordering supplies, and managing budgets.· Represent the company to vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.· Bookkeeping responsibilities:o Update the Cash Management System weekly and report to President and Vice President.o Enter financial transactions into the accounting software.o Prepare invoices and bills.o Process payments and make bank deposits.o Reconcile bank statements and Positive Payo Prepare monthly financial reports.o Track accounts payable and receivable.o File and maintain financial records.· Payroll responsibilities:o Process payroll, including entering timesheets, calculating wages, and issuing paychecks.o Manage payroll deductions, such as taxes, insurance, and benefits.o Stay up-to-date on payroll regulations and changes.o Resolve payroll discrepancies and errors.o Maintain payroll records and reports.· Other duties as assigned.Skills
· Proficient with accounting software.
· Attention to detail: Mindful of accounting and payroll regulations and rules.
· Teamwork: Ability to interact effectively with customers, peers, management, manufacturing personnel, and both technical and non-technical people.
· Time Management: Able to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner.

Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
- Knowledge and experience in accounting
- Familiarity with human resources
