Join the Summit Handling Systems team as a Customer Experience (CX) Representative, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our customer interactions and driving sales growth. As an inside customer service and sales professional, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to excellence, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects our brand's values and fosters strong relationships.

Job Summary:

The CX Representative is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience, from handling inbound leads to nurturing relationships with existing clients. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities for sales growth. Additionally, you'll oversee our Customer Satisfaction Program, ensuring we continuously meet and exceed customer expectations.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

· Sales Growth: Drive sales volume by identifying and qualifying new leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and recommending additional products and services to existing customers.

· Customer Service Excellence: Engage with customers through various channels, including inbound and outbound communication, to deliver exceptional service and support.

· Lead Generation: Utilize research tools and strategies to uncover new leads and business opportunities, expanding our customer base and market reach.

· CRM Management: Input and manage leads, accounts, and contacts in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective sales follow-up.

· Brand Awareness: Promote Summit Handling's products and services to both existing and potential customers, building brand loyalty and recognition.

· Customer Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers post-purchase, manage satisfaction surveys, and address any queries or complaints to ensure swift resolution.

· Lead Assignment: Allocate leads to the appropriate salesperson based on opportunity type, facilitating efficient sales pipeline management.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a B2B environment

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
