• Site prep : Excavation, grading, concrete and asphalt work (curbing, patching)
• Finishing touches : Light carpentry, painting, and similar
• Equipment operation : Skid steers, loaders, excavators.
• Attention to Detail : A keen eye for quality and accuracy is essential.
• Problem-Solving Skills : You can assess situations and find solutions quickly.
• Professional Demeanor : You take pride in your work and presentation.
