- Lead back-of-house operations, hiring, training, developing, and scheduling back-of-house Team Members to prepare and serve consistent, high-quality entrees, sides, and desserts.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the entire restaurant, with an in-depth focus on the food prep process, cooking, and off-premises packing.
- Manage inventory maintaining a fully stocked back-of-house, including food packaging materials.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Handle guests’ complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's operations during assigned shifts.
- Assist the General Manager as needed.
- $24 - $28 per hour base pay (annual estimate $50,000 to $58,000 per year)
- No late hours - the restaurant closes nightly at 9 or 10 PM.

- POS experience and proficient in cash handling procedures.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
