Qualifications:

• BA degree preferred, AA degree required, in Human Resources or Business-Related Field. Equivalent work experience in Human Resources, minimum 4 years, will also fulfill this requirement.
• Must be an excellent communicator, with good listening skills, and able to build strong relationships with fellow employees.
• Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation needed as this position requires travel to various Hilo-based locations.
