Self-starters wanted! Do you self-motivate? We’re on the hunt for a detail-orientated individual with a positive outlook and the “can do” spirit to take charge! This person will have experience with Dossier Systems Fleet Software or similar software, DOT Reporting, and OSHA standards and protocol.

Day-to-day responsibilities vary but will include:

• Tracking purchases and scheduled maintenance requests of equipment and fleet
• Ensuring DOT compliance with fleet including: registrations, CAB report, and DVIR reports
• Cross checking vendor invoices with quoted prices

At least 5 years of experience in office environment and/or related field is required. Experience preferred in trucking and/or construction-related industry.
