Job Summary: GROW, Develop and maintain regular sales objectives with Key Distributors/ Dealers/ Stores/ Fleets and Repair shops assigned in your territory. Candidates for this position must be able to develop and implement annual growth strategies with your key accounts using the national programs as a base, and to further manipulate those programs as required for profitable growth. Update daily/weekly reports utilizing the CRM System. Work with National Account and District Sales Managers within all channels of distribution promoting SKF full product portfolio. Relationship building is essential. Additional strengths should include occasional cold calling, training, creating marketing programs and prospecting for new business. Fleet/End User expectations are key for this job as focused strategies are developed with assigned accounts. Pulling fleet business through distribution channels is key for success.

Candidate must have an attitude to win and find cost effective and creative ways to earn business. It is essential to possess a hunter/problem solver type attitude. This candidate must be able to achieve sales goals and exceed expectations based on customers and company objectives; aggressive and positive disruption required to adapt to the changing heavy-duty landscape.
