TORCH is designed for any fitness level. You choose your weights, You choose your speed on the treadmill, and You choose your pace on the rower. Our certified instructors are with you the entire class ensuring that you reach your max!

Class will begin with our certified instructor revealing the workout to you by personally demonstrating the format and techniques of each movement. After a quick warm up, you’re off! For the next 50 minutes, the music will keep you energized, the competitive nature of others in the class will keep you at peak levels, and the instructor will keep you on track and support you all the way through the class.

The class will include a mixture of intense interval training, heavy strength training, cardio exercises, and low-impact training movements. We utilize a wide variety of formats, such as Tabata Style, Circuits, AMRAP, and Time Capped Intervals. These formats keep you constantly moving; you never stop burning calories.

DUTIES:

• Create a marketing plan to engage clients and crush membership sales goals.
• Showing up daily on time with the mindset to execute every job duty and function with enthusiasm - 40 hour work week.
• Create a positive and motivating environment.
• Provide superior customer service to clients at all times by calling them by name and creating a community.
• Manage the studio relating to all maintenance.
• Lead group fitness classes.
• Ensure top-notch client experience regarding facility cleanliness and customer service.
• Manage HR duties, such as onboarding, hiring, staff scheduling, and processing payroll.
• Train, coach, and manage both the instructor and sales teams while leading by example.
• Use MindBody POS systems for membership sales, billing, reporting, and email campaigns.
• Meet with and report on sales trends and prospecting efforts to owners.
• Utilize both Canva and social media to engage the community, create advertisements, and help grow the member base and brand awareness.
• Plan and organize outreach efforts including community involvement and private classes.
• Complete all required training as required by owners, to ensure you have all the tools needed to be successful.
• This is a full-time position. Must be able to work a flexible schedule with morning, night, and weekend availability.
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
