We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team. As a Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

```Responsibilities```
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship, safety compliance, and overall project quality
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement strategies for resolving any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate documentation of all project-related activities, including daily reports, change orders, and RFIs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth

- Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
