Stronghold Security Services, Inc. is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Le Roy, MI

We are looking for the right candidate to join our team!

We provide experienced professionals for all classifications of construction inspection. Our personnel are highly qualified professionals who are very conscientious about their responsibility to represent Double A Inspections and the best interests of our clients.

Double A / Stronghold Security has an opportunity for a proficient and organized Administrative Assistant who is looking to become apart of the our team as it continues to grow.

The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities and aide the CEO in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization.

AA’s responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

· Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.

· Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

· Performing minor accounting duties

· Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, as well as coordinating and booking travel arrangements, etc.

· Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

· Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

· Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

· Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

· Be easily accessible for after-hour travel, scheduling, and other needs.

· Time management and ability to meet deadlines

· Verbal and written communication skills

· Strong and organizational skills and ability to multitask

· Problem-solving and decision making

· Interpersonal skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise independent / sound judgement.

· Knowledgeable in MAC / Apple Product systems, office gadgets and applications (i.e e-calendars, copy machines, printers, etc

· Knowledge with website building, monitoring, SEO

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years office experience.

· High School diploma required

· Associates or Bachelor’s degree - preferred.
