If you are looking to join a great team, have a background in the multifamily industry, are outgoing and have outstanding customer service skills, a detail oriented, extremely organized, able to work independently, and a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced high-volume environment - Apply Today!What you will be doing:· Assists with marketing and advertising strategies.· Implements lease renewals and weekly leasing reports.· Generates and maintains a summary of occupancy trends. · Maintains positive relationships with residents to increase retention and satisfaction.· Manages and enhances resident retention programs. · Handles resident relation issues, requests, and concerns effectively. · Inspects properties for policy violations, repairs, and general landscaping.· Manages rent collection, rent postings, and late notice warnings. · Assists with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.· Provides regular updates to the Property Manager regarding properties.· Coordinates and delegates property responsibilities to team members.· Acts as a primary contact for residents.· Assists the Property Manager with daily and property operations. · Assists with the proper execution of all steps of the leasing process. What you will need:· A minimum of 1 year property or leasing experience.· High school diploma or equivalent required.· Bachelor’s degree or higher education preferred.· Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).· Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.· Excellent leadership skills.· Ability to motivate and support team on all projects.· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. · Excellent time management and organizational skills. · Capable of multi-tasking and being detail oriented.· Must be able to work for extended periods of time.Pay Range
