- Build individual workback plans on a project basis so that deadlines are met and creative is successfully delivered to client.
- Quality assurance to ensure projects are being completed to the specific guidelines provided by client and uphold high quality standards.
- Effectively track and organize assets where applicable to maintain version control and help the team reduce revisions in future production.
- Establish better processes where applicable to improve workflow and mitigate inefficiencies.
- Learn the creative needs of each client and brand, including organization of all creative reference files, to ensure assets meet client expectations and are brand-aligned.
- 4–5 years of trafficking experience in creative field(s) preferred.
- Must have agency experience and/or production company experience that works with several different clients at once.
- Must be able to prioritize work, be flexible with ever-changing, multiple priorities.
- Must have a level of comfortable working with varying levels of team members internally and in freelancer network, throughout the creative process and across creative categories such as video, graphic design, animation, print, etc.
