Office Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a pleasant Office Administrative Assistant to support multiple locations with prospecting calls. We have three (and soon to be four) locations in the South Nashville area. You will also be responsible for checking clients in and supporting your home office team with organization and cleaning duties.

Ideal Canidate:
The ideal candidate is someone who is great on the phones and loves customer service. With multiple locations we will require a keen attention to details and ability to finish tasks. You must be proficient with computers and CMRs. Our next team member is also someone that enjoys working in an upbeat atmosphere and loves greeting clients with enthusiasm.

Hours:
We are looking for a few weekday evenings 5-8p and Sunday 1-6p.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 22 per week
