Stress Free Property Management is Hiring an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant Near Cedar, UT

Duties Include:

  • Help with Scheduling showings for rentals
  • showing rental properties
  • inspections of rental properties
  • answering phones
  • creating work orders
  • minor accounting
  • schedule vendors for jobs.
  • delivering notices and checking on rental properties
  • sorting mail and mailing items
  • taking photos of rental properties

Abilities Needed By Applicant: transportation, must have your own vehicle and ability to drive to properties and to work.

  • basic computer skills and customer service skills
  • experience in in excel & Microsoft office
  • good communication skills
  • good phone and people skills
  • dependable, honest, reliable and hard working

Pay, Work Hours, and Benefits: Pay is hourly reimbursement for mileage on car for driving around to run errands and show rentals

  • hours are 9 AM - 5:30 PM, with a 30 minute lunch break, Monday - Friday. You must be able to work these hours.
  • Ability to schedule time off in advance.
  • You won't have to work on any major holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July etc. will all be time off every year)
  • Must be dependable, show up on time and perform tasks as expected.
  • Pay is based on experience and performance, I'm not afraid to give a bonus or raise for good performance.

Job Type: Full-timePay is $16-$19 depending on experience and qualifications plus mileage reimbursement
