We are looking for a highly skilled esthetician, with a minimum of 3 years of professional skincare experience, to join our talented team of skincare professionals. Our Skinceuticals, Babor and Hydrafacial protocols provide our guests with high performance facials that deliver results.
The right candidate has a history of high retail to service percentages (30%) and takes a consultative approach that results in upgrades/conversions to premium facials like Hydrafacial, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplane and more.
This position is part-time to full-time during season and part-time in the off season.
Saturday's are a requirement for this position.

- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on esthetics experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Certification with Hydrafacial preferred, but will train and certify the right candidate.
- Expertise in DermaBlading / DermaPlane .
- Expertise in Facial Waxing.
- Proven ability to sell high-end skincare lines such as Skinceuticals with history of 30% retail to service sales ratio.
- Proven ability to consult and upsell premium services and add-on's.
- Ability to follow our award winning protocols to provide the best facials in the spa industry.
