Streams of Joy is Hiring an Executive Pastor Near Houston, TX
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the church. Oversee finances and fundraising activities. Create annual budget. Hire and train church staff. Organize and lead regular meetings with staff. Assist the senior pastor in sermon preparation, teaching, and providing spiritual guidance and pastoral care to the congregation. Organize and lead worship services. Perform all duties in conformity with the beliefs and doctrines of Streams of Joy.
