Stratus Building Solutions is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. As the #1 franchise in the US for commercial cleaning services, Stratus Building Solutions of Philadelphia is at the forefront of providing top-notch cleaning solutions to businesses in Philadelphia Metro area.

Responsibilities of ISR:

  • Conduct outbound calls to businesses to introduce Stratus Building solutions and schedule appointments for outside sales representatives.
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant information to ensure appointments are set with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment details in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of appointments and provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly calls and appointment-setting targets to contribute to the overall sales objectives.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting preferred.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a desire to exceed targets and drive business growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with access to a reliable internet connection.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite platform, and CRM platforms.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
