We are looking for competent armed security agents to undertake the surveillance of and protection of clients and their assets. Responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior; security agent must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators. The ideal candidate will inspire others, be respectful, work with various authorities in a well mannered and polite way, and as well as possess a high level of observation. Candidate should be able to work in a team environment, have a passion for delivering an outstanding customer service experience to clients.

Responsibilities will vary but may include, but are not limited to:

Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

Shift/Schedule

Various shifts available generally between the hours of 3pm - 3am.

Skills
6 Proven experience as security officer or guard in an armed capacity
Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
Excellent surveillance and observation skills
Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense (preferred)
High School diploma is required

Required Qualifications
A valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
Valid BSIS Guard Card
Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit
CCW Permit (California)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
