Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Financial Operations Specialist for a contract opening with one of our largest clients!

This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO visa sponsorship or C2C eligibility for this position. The details are below.

Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
Contract: 12 Months
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job/Role Description:

• Taking inbound service calls to take payments over the phone, order statements/payoff letters/paid in full letters, provide account balances.
• Providing high quality, compliant customer service to client members when they call in about their loans and credit cards.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Servicing accounts (loans and credit cards) in a bankruptcy
• Servicing accounts that were owned by a deceased client (estate)
• Servicing accounts that charged off because they were delinquent for an excessive number of days.
• At least one year inbound call center experience servicing loans and credit cards in bankruptcy status, part of a deceased customer's/member's estate, and in charged off status due to debt being delinquent for an excessive number of days.
• Strong consideration will be given to applicants having experience in all 3 skills described.
