Customer Service Representatives Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Location : Tempe, AZ

3-6 month contract to hire

This is 2 weeks on site training and then will shift to hybrid (1 week in office and 1 week at home)

Schedule : Monday Friday (2 day shifts available), 1 Saturday a month

Pay rate : $20 / hr

Please note : You must be fluent in Both Spanish and English

Qualifications :

• At least 6 months to a year of prior customer service or engagement experience.
• Will be responsible for in-bound and out-bound calls with a call volume of 50-100 calls daily
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in mortgage servicing processes (previous mortgage experience is not required).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What your day will look like :

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Managing a call volume of 50-100 calls daily.
• Assisting customers with inquiries, issues, or requests related to their accounts.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Following call center protocols and procedures.
