The Customer Service Representative(CSR), Administrator works under the guidance of and assists the General Management in taking calls and service requests from potential clients and flowing communication to electrician teams and general management. The Customer Service Representative(CSR) will ensure all necessary key elements are clearly communicated, including the client's needs, circumstances of the team, operational knowledge, and support for the General Management even on overall business acumen to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assign and direct electricians to appropriate customer locations; monitor the route and status to coordinate and prioritize their schedules; and provide them with information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements
• Perform marketing and booking functions to sell additional work and earn business
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
• Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions
• Performs general office duties.
• Provide administrative support for general management and project management such as timecards, payroll, AR/AP, insurance, COI, and bond document.

• Minimum two years of admin experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with staff across multiple departments
• Ability to work with budgets and create spreadsheets
