Department Of Defense is Hiring a Management Analyst with Security Clearance Near Arlington, VA

Duties * You will provide input to workforce development policy, plans, and guidance, and provide administrative customer support to subordinate elements and communities of interest. * You will provide advice and conduct studies involving comprehensive analysis of United States Marine Corps (USMC) intelligence competency gaps and validate requirements. * You will participate in analysis for immediate and long-range planning with senior management focused on management strategies to meet mission needs. * You will participate in the development and implementation of career roadmaps. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Must be a US Citizen. * Must be determined suitable for federal employment. * Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. * New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: * Ensure the integration, coordination, and implementation of civilian workforce management programs to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of civilian capabilities while minimizing technical organizational risk; * Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the efficiency in the organization's staff mix, work methods, processes and procedures; * Participate in analysis for immediate and long-range planning with senior management focused on management strategies to meet mission needs.
