Job Description

As our Director of Change Management, you will be instrumental in propelling our organization forward through strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with our Senior Leadership Team, you'll ensure that our projects align seamlessly with ARC’s mission and goals.

Your role will encompass:

Supporting Senior Leadership in overseeing cross-functional strategic endeavors. Applying project management methodologies to guide projects through their lifecycle. Crafting comprehensive project plans, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and mitigating risks. Facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders to drive project success. Spearheading change enablement efforts for large-scale initiatives. Nurturing a culture of growth and ongoing enhancement within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess:

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in project management and change management. Preferred certifications such as Project Management Certification (PMP or CAPM), Agile Project Management, or other relevant coursework. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Strategic thinking skills coupled with a high sense of urgency and adaptability. A results-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and situational leadership skills.
