Host / Hostess / Greeter is the first guest experience as they enter the resturant. First experience sets the tone and making this role very important. Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Requirements/Responsibilities
Host, Hostess, Greeter Requirements / Responsibilities:• Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.• Seat guest guests based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations.• Upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of their server’s name.
