Position : Sales Executive (Branded Merchandise)

Location : Chandler, AZ

Job Type : Full-time, in Person

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective and existing client organizations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
• Consult with clients to understand their marketing and branding objectives and recommend tailored branded merchandise solutions to meet their needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with our internal team to ensure seamless execution of client orders and projects.
• Stay current on industry and fashion trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Leverage AI customer sourcing tools and technologies to identify potential clients and enhance the efficiency of the sales process.

Qualifications :

• 2-3 years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and excellent follow through required
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
• Experience selling branded merchandise or promotional products is a plus but not necessary.
• Knowledge or experience with AI customer sourcing tools and technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
