Job Description :

Are you driven to build exceptional teams and propel organizational growth? As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent to drive our company's mission forward. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and executing creative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent across various platforms.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Employing a range of sourcing methods, from social media to direct outreach, to engage with qualified candidates.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to final offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with external recruiting partners and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Implementing best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Providing regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics to guide decision-making and process improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent across various roles and levels.
  • Proficiency in recruitment strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment law compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • 4 years of experience leading a team in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience in both technical and non-technical recruitment is essential.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is preferred.
