They are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA processes, manage team, ensure product quality. Strong leadership, tech skills, attention to detail. A background in FinTech or Money Movement is strongly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

1. bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a QA Manager, preferably in the fintech industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
4. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOC 2).
5. Strong understanding of banking, payments, and financial systems.
6. Experience in managing and mentoring QA teams.
7. Ability to develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages.
10. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
11. Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial software products.
12. Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality software products in a fast-paced environment.
