We are currently looking to fill the position of Customer Service Representative to handle daily activities for the specific client, including order management, data entry, scheduling appointments, and report management.
The successful applicant will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day activities and provide outstanding customer service to our clients.

Order entry & order tracking
Schedule inbound loads
Maintain inbound schedule (excel) communication with clients and carriers
Minimal communication to client(s) & vendor(s)
Previous customer service experience preferred (1-2 years)
Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
Ability to work under minimal or no supervision; self-motivated.
Knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures including best practices, OSHA regulations, safety, etc.
Good problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal skills required.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, outlook)
