Storable is seeking an Information Security Analyst to work in our growing Information Security team. You will be responsible for monitoring our computer networks for security issues, installing security software, managing a wide variety of cyber security tools, assisting with compliance audits, generating security reports, incident response, and documenting cyber incidents. To succeed in this role you will need to be very detail oriented, have a strong background in IT, have excellent problem solving skills, and work well in a team environment.

What you'll do everyday:

• Analyze information security related logs, reports and data to help identify risks
• Monitor computer networks for security issues
• Investigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents
• Implement and manage security controls
• Operate software to protect systems and IT infrastructure
• Document security incidents and assess the damage they cause
• Work with security partners to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities
• Work with cross-functional teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain high-security standards
• Assist in ongoing compliance processes and annual audits
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company security policies and processes
• Manage periodic security awareness training and simulated phishing campaigns
• Provide end user support when required to address security as well as general IT issues
• Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management
• Stay up-to-date on information technology trends, security standards and regulations

What you need to bring to the table:

• 3 years of experience in the Information Security and/or IT field
• Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems
• Knowledge of network topologies, configuration management and VPNs
• Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts
• Ability to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in systems, networks and processes
• Strong understanding of patch management processes
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• A quick learner who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points:

• Experience with AWS and cloud computing
• Security certification (e.g. Security , CEH, GSEC, SSCP)
• Familiarity with cyber security frameworks such as NIST CSF and CIS CSC
• Experience with endpoint detection and response tools such as Crowdstrike
