Reports to: Asst. Director, Information Technology | Location: Office / Restaurants / Remote
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt | Wage Band: $80,000-$90,000

ABOUT THE ROLE / Embracing our core values and with an eye on our Mission Statement, the IT Manager ensures the optimal operation of Stonefire Grill’s IT functions and the systems’ alignment with the business objectives of our organization. The IT Manager plans, coordinates, directs, and designs IT-related activities of Stonefire Grill, as well as provides direction and support for daily operational activities of the restaurants.
The IT Manager works closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. The IT Manager will also ensure all systems and users adhere to the Company’s IT policies, procedures, and best practices. This position has partnership relationships with the Stonefire Grill Leadership Team and reports to the Asst. Director, Information Technology.
